It’s how traders grow from small accounts to million-dollar sim funded accounts — based on performance, not pressure. Currently Tier Jump is done on a manual basis by our team. Read the following to learn more about what we look for determining a trader’s Tier Jump eligibility.
How Do I Tier Jump?
You are eligible for a Tier Jump every quarter if you meet these 3 criteria:
1. Maintain net profitability
2. Maintain disciplined and risk-adjusted account growth
3. Have less than 2 soft breaches
If you meet all 3 criteria, you’ll be reviewed and advanced to the next tier level.

You’ll stay at your existing level and have a chance to qualify in the next quarter.
What Are Manual Promotions?
While Tier Jump is a quarterly process, manual promotions are awarded in rare cases where a trader’s performance is exceptional across all metrics — and sustained in a shorter timeframe.
These promotions are discretionary and require:
- Multiple weeks of high-quality, consistent results
- Perfect risk behavior and no violations
-A completed live risk review
-Internal approval by the team
Manual promotions are never guaranteed — they are earned, not requested.
What Are Manual Promotions?
Before any trader is eligible for a Tier Jump, they must complete a mandatory Live Risk Review with Axestreet’s Risk Team.
Why It’s Required
At Axestreet, scaling isn’t just about being profitable — it’s about showing consistency, discipline, and risk awareness. The review ensures that your trading style, risk behavior, and strategy are aligned with sustainable growth.
What We Look For During the Review:
- Clear understanding of your trading system
- Responsible use of leverage and risk per trade
- Emotional control during losses and drawdowns
- No pattern of overtrading or revenge trading
- Consistency in lot sizing, trade timing, and execution
How It Works:
- Once you meet the criteria for a Tier Jump, you’ll be notified to schedule your review.
- The session takes 15–20 minutes and is conducted over Zoom or a secure platform.
- You’ll go over your trades with our team and walk through key moments in your quarter.
Important:
You cannot scale to the next tier without passing this review — even if your performance meets the statistical requirements.
This ensures Axestreet only tier jumping to traders who have proven not just their edge, but their maturity and professionalism.
