Account Reset & Probation Policy

Welcome to Axestreet Capital ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website at a("Website"). you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Website. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our Website.

At Axestreet, we recognize that setbacks happen—even to great traders. That’s why we offer a one-time account reset to traders who’ve shown a baseline of commitment, discipline, and potential.

But make no mistake—this is not a shortcut. It’s a second chance, backed by structure and accountability. Account Resets only happen in the funded phase and are offered by our team only, they cannot be requested.

Reset Eligibility Criteria

Traders are eligible for one lifetime reset on their Axestreet funded phase account, provided they meet the following conditions:
- The account has been active for at least one full month.(30 calendar days from activation)
- The trader has been actively trading during that time.
- There were no early hard breaches (e.g., immediate max drawdown etc.)

This reset is not automatic and is subject to review by our team.

What Happens After a Reset?

If approved, the account is:
- Restarted with a clean slate
- Returned to the trader’s original account size
- Subject to standard rules

However, the reset is followed by a mandatory 20-day Probation Period, where traders must reprove their consistency before regaining full platform privileges.

Probation Period

Structure. Accountability. A Path Back to Progress.

The probation period is designed to ensure that traders don’t just restart—but restart with purpose.

Probation Requirements:

Over the 20 day probation period, traders must:
- Log a minimum of 5 profitable trading days
- Maintain net positive equity by the end of the 20 days
- Abide by all risk rules (no hard breaches or oversized losses)
- Cannot request a payout during the probation window
- Accept a reset profit split of 60% (regardless of previous split)

Once these criteria are met, traders regain:
- Payout eligibility
- Profit split scaling privileges
- Access to performance reviews and potential promotions

Important Rules

Only one reset is allowed per trader—ever.

Resets are offered by our team, they cannot be requested on behalf of the trader

The Probation Period is non-negotiable and automatically follows a reset.

Traders who fail to meet probation requirements will be removed from the platform.

Resets are only available in the Funded Phase. Evaluation and Copied Trader phases are not eligible.
